A house fire left eight people displaced Saturday in Westbury, according to authorities.

Fire officials say it began at 6:30 p.m. at 490 Dover Street.

The home sustained serious damage. However, no injuries were reported.

The Red Cross is assisting the victims. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
