The Westchester Corporate Cup 5K made its return to Glen Island Park Thursday night to raise money for HOPE Community Services.
The New Rochelle-based organization focuses on providing food to families in need and housing veterans in the community.
The group serves more than 100 meals each weeknight. "Today was a great day because it's an opportunity for people who don't really know about the organization to get exposed to help. And for us that means we're introducing people to great work we do," says Walt Ritz, Executive Director, HOPE Community Services.
The 5K race has raised more than $60,000 since 2015.
