Thousands of people dressed up in pink and drove down to the South Shore to raise money for breast cancer research.

Claudia Mildenberger, of Bethpage, shared her story with News 12 of being a two-time cancer survivor.

"It's very empowering to see so many people fighting every day, but very honestly, it's very sad to see that there is this many people. So many people are in this club now. We need to find a cure," Mildenberger stressed.
