Police are searching for the people who assaulted and robbed a man in New Cassel.
Detectives say a man was walking at the intersection of Prospect Avenue and Siegel Street at midnight.
According to detectives, that is when they say three men walked up behind him, punched him in the head and threw him to the ground.
The suspects then fled with the man’s wallet and ran off.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
