Officials say three firefighters were injured after a fire tore through a home in Hicksville.
According to detectives, officials responded to a call for a house fire on King Street around 12:30 a.m. The house was fully engulfed in flames upon their arrival.
Officials say a 61-year-old male resident of the house was able to escape the home without injury.
Three members of the Hicksville Fire Department were taken to a hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries and released.
The fire was deemed non-suspicious, and the resident of the house is being provided assistance by the Red Cross.
