Police are investigating a two larcenies in Roslyn that happened in less than two weeks, with both incidents caught on surveillance video.
Video from Pearle Vision shows three men inside the store, rummaging through eyeglasses before leaving.
The first incident happened on Aug. 21. The store was targeted again on Tuesday.
The owner, Wayne Kelly, says he recognized two of the men from the first incident when they returned. He says he was able to get them out of the store.
Kelly says the store lost about $14,000 worth of merchandise between the two incidents.
“At the end of the day, I just want to stop this from happening to us and also my employees. They are worried. It is worrisome to have a group like this come and grab stuff," Kelly said.
Nassau County police say they are investigating and have increased patrols in the area.
They are asking anyone with information to contact them.
