If you’re driving on any major roads today, you may see signs honoring the late music icon Dolly Parton.
Gov. Kathy Hochul directed the Department of Transportation to display Parton-themed messages along state highways.
A News 12 viewer took a photo of a sign on the Long Island Expressway reading “'Jolene, Jolene, Jolene don't speed”.
Another sign reads “I will always love safe driving”.
The DOT says messages paying tribute to the singer will be up for the remainder of the day.
