Queens man accused of burglarizing Williston Park Dunkin' Donuts
Police say that after he was told to leave he walked behind the counter and began to make himself a coffee.

A Queens man has been arrested after police say he burglarized a Dunkin' Donuts in Williston Park on Thursday.
Nassau police say that at around 10:40 p.m. an unknown male entered the store and was confronted by an employee who told him that the store was closed and he needed to leave.
Senai Haywood refused and then walked behind the counter and began to make himself a coffee, according to police. The employee once again told Haywwood to leave and this is when police say he became violent, allegedly striking the employee three times in the chest.
Police say that the 25-year-old then fled eastbound on Willis Avenue and was located a short time later on Mineola Boulevard by detectives. Haywood allegedly attempted to flee on foot leading to a violent struggle with detectives as he refused to comply with verbal commands, according to police.
Haywood was then subdued and arrested. He was taken to a local hospital for an assessment. He is charged with burglary, assault, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest and was arraigned Friday at the First District Court in Hempstead.
The victim refused medical attention.
