A motorcyclist is in critical condition following a serious crash in Hempstead on Saturday night.
According to police, the 23-year-old was traveling westbound on Front Street on a Kawasaki motorcycle when a 27-year-old man driving a Toyota made a left turn onto Front Street, causing a collision between the vehicles.
The motorcyclist was transported to a hospital where he is listed in critical condition.
Police said the driver of the Toyota remained at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
