The annual adaptive surf clinic in Long Beach is a reminder this summer that everyone can surf.

The clinic, hosted by the Limb Kind Foundation, brought together more than 20 kids and adults with limb loss to learn to surf in a safe and accessible environment.

"Some of these children they've never thought about getting on a surfboard before, and this is now their opportunity," said Robert Schulam, Executive Director of the Limb Kind Foundation. "Nothing can stop them, they can get on a surfboard just like everybody else."

Limb Kind teamed up with the nonprofit Surf For All, which ensures individuals of all abilities can experience the joys of surfing and enjoy the waves together.
