A 66-year-old man was arrested Wednesday in connection to the death of 27-year-old Tanya Denise Jackson, a source says.

Andrew Dykes, of Ruskin, Florida, was arrested by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office on a fugitive murder warrant issued out of New York.

Jackson was previously known as "Peaches" before she was identified because of a distinct tattoo found on her dismembered torso.

Her remains were found at Hempstead Lake State Park in June 1997.

Other remains were found near Ocean Parkway - near where her 2-year-old daughter, Tatiana Dykes, remains were found in April 2011.

As News 12 previously reported, Jackson’s identity was made known in April, when Nassau County police revealed she was a U.S. Army veteran and single mother living in Brooklyn at the time of her death.
