The owner of La Hacienda in Huntington Station was arrested for hosting illegal gambling on Friday night, according to police.
Authorities say the arrest occurred after investigators found people drinking and playing cards in the basement during an SLA inspection.
The owner, 30-year-old Jose Reyes, has since been charged with disorderly premise.
He is set to appear in court next month.
