The town supervisor says the pharmacy portion of the Shelter Island Heights Pharmacy is shutting down due to overhead costs.

News 12 has been told the store itself will still remain open.

The town says it's using grant money and working with neighboring pharmacies to deliver medicine to seniors in need.
