Police say homicide detectives are investigating the death of a woman who was found this morning on a boat docked off Star Island Road in Montauk.
According to police, detectives were notified around 4 a.m.
The woman’s cause and manner of death have yet to be determined.
According to sources, a 911 call came in about an unconscious woman. When police arrived, they tried to revive the woman. She was taken to the hospital where she died.
