News 12 has learned two grandsons of the late crime boss John Gotti are accused of attacking a man in Howard Beach.

John Gotti III and Frankie Gotti were released from court without bail Tuesday.

Prosecutors say they knocked a man to the ground and kicked him while he was down.

The incident happened Monday in front of the victim’s home.

Both men pleaded not guilty.
