A woman was arrested for DWI with her 8-month-old daughter inside the vehicle early Saturday morning in Hempstead, police say.

Authorities say Daniela Muneton Rios struck a parked vehicle on Peninsula Boulevard just after 12 a.m.

No injuries were reported, according to police.

Munrtos Rios has been charged with violating Leandra’s Law.
