Police say there is an "active scene" ongoing in East Patchogue.Roads have been shut down in the area, including the intersection of Gazzola Drive and Montauk Highway.
The area at Hewlett Avenue and East Patchogue Yaphank Road have also been closed.
Police have not released any other details.
