MTA reveals results of fall 2023 customers survey

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority on Monday unveiled the results of its customers survey from fall 2023.
The survey said 108,000 MTA riders participated which is the largest number of participants since fall of 2021.
Overall subway line satisfaction is at 58%, a four-point increase. Safety on trains hit 54%, also an increase of 4%.
Satisfaction for buses came in at 57%, down from 65% recorded in spring 2023.
