For the second consecutive year, Stony Brook University has been named among the best in the country.
Healthgrades has ranked the hospital as one of America’s 50 best hospitals – the highest level of national recognition they give.
The evaluation surveyed more than 4,000 hospitals across the country and put Stony Brook among the top 1%.
It is the only Long Island facility to make the list.
