A Nassau County couple seems to have rekindled their romance this holiday season when they attempted to go on a crime spree, according to police.
Charles and Christine Frisoulis, who police say were a formerly estranged couple, are now both behind bars.
Officials say that Charles, who is from Queens, and Christine, who is from Pennsylvania, walked up to the front door of multiple homes along Broad Street in Williston Park on Sunday, stealing packages and driving off.
According to law enforcement, Christine had an order of protection against Charles prior to this stealing frenzy. Police say she also had meth, drug paraphernalia and other unprescribed pills on her when she was arrested.
