Suffolk County police say a man crashed a car into a house in Bay Shore on Saturday.
Officers responded to a call around 10:20 a.m. on 395 Spur Drive South.
Brentwood fire officials told News 12 the driver was coming off the Fifth Avenue exit ramp of the Southern State Parkway, cut straight across Spur Drive, and plowed into the first-floor bedroom where a woman was sleeping.
No one was injured.
The home has been deemed uninhabitable, officials added.
