A Baldwin gas station was robbed twice late Friday by the same suspect, police say.

They say Niheim Levy went into the Sunoco on Grand Avenue, took a pack of beer and walked out.

Police say he then came back a little bit later and again took some beer before leaving.

They say both times, the 44-year-old made threatening gestures to the gas station employee and made it seem like he had a weapon in his jacket.

Officers found Levy near the Sunoco later on and arrested him.
