A Hampton Bays man was arrested Saturday night for breaking into a house and attacking the homeowner.

Police say 29-year-old Seth Edwin Segura broke into a Hampton Bays home while drunk just before 10:30 p.m.

The homeowner, who did not know Segura, caught him and attempted to kick him out. Police say he then became violent and punched the homeowner multiple times.
