Police: Woman wanted for using fake ID to steal money from Great Neck woman's account

Detectives say the woman used a fraudulent Connecticut driver’s license and tried to take $2,000 out of a Great Neck woman’s bank account.

Police have released pictures of a woman they say used a fake identification to try and withdraw money from another person’s bank account in Smithtown.

Detectives say the woman used a fraudulent Connecticut driver’s license and tried to take $2,000 out of a Great Neck woman’s bank account in July.

The incident happened at the Chase Bank on Smithtown Bypass.

No arrests have been made.
