A Freeport man has been sentenced to up to 18 years in prison for driving drunk and killing a woman.

The incident happened in March on Babylon Turnpike.

Tyshaun Johashen pleaded guilty to speeding with a blood alcohol content three times the legal limit.

Police say he was driving 60 mph in a 30 mph zone.
