A former White Plains school district official is claiming in a lawsuit that he was sexually abused by a school superintendent in 1983.

Louis Frontario, who was the district's business administrator, filed the lawsuit in state Supreme Court in White Plains.

In the lawsuit, Frontario's attorney identifies the superintendent for the time being as “John Doe.”

Frontario alleges that the superintendent engaged in unpermitted sexual conduct several times over a period of time. The alleged incidents occurred in the superintendent's office and at a hotel in Albany where they were attending a conference.

Frontario was 33 years old at the time. The lawsuit was filed under the Adult Survivor Act.

Frontario's attorney says the sexual abuse has caused irreparable damage to her client that he will live with for the rest of his life.

District officials said they had not seen the lawsuit.
