News 12’s Jenn Seelig is in Floral Park at Tulip Bake Shop this morning talking to business owners.

Residents also came down to the shop and talked to Jenn about the area, and what makes living in it so great.

“Been here for 48 years, it’s a great place to be,” says Bill, of Floral Park.
