Some Nassau County voters gearing up for Tuesday’s election saw a mix-up in their voter cards on Monday due to a printing error.

News 12 received multiple calls Monday night from residents about an error on the cards they received in the mail that confirmed their polling place -- and other information --- for this year's general election.

The Democratic Commissioner on Nassau's Board of Elections says there was a printing error by the vendor that made the cards, in which the political party for all residents was "Democrat."

News 12 was told the cards are being reissued, and that only the cards were impacted, meaning no actual voter information was changed.
