2 Long Island residents among latest winners of vaccine-for-scholarship campaign

The winners are being picked via random raffle of New Yorkers aged 12 to 17 who get vaccinated.

Two Long Island residents were among the winners of the latest round of New York's "Get a Shot to Make Your Future" campaign.
Jasmine Thalon, from Nassau County, and Natalia Low, of Suffolk County, were announced as part of the second round of recipients of full scholarships to any SUNY or CUNY school.
The winners are being picked via random raffle of New Yorkers aged 12 to 17 who get vaccinated.
The prize includes full tuition and room and board.
20 winners over two drawings have been named so far, with three more rounds to come. There have now been three Long Island winners so far -- with a Westbury resident winning last week.
