Police say they've arrested the man in the fedora accused of robbing a Miller Place bank.
They say Raymond Peruggi, 29, was arrested just before 9 p.m. Monday in Mastic Beach. Police say he is homeless.
Investigators say on Aug. 12, Peruggi was caught on a surveillance camera handing a demand note to a bank teller at the Chase Bank on Route 25A.
