Disciplinary charges are being filed against the Riverhead High School principal accused of sexually assaulting a student.
The Riverhead Board of Education announced it was bringing multiple charges against Charles Regan.
A student claimed that Regan sent sexually explicit pictures of himself and even forced her to kiss him in his office.
Another woman claims 17 years ago, Regan gave her alcohol and forced her to have sex with him several times. She is currently suing the Eastport-South Manor district for $20 million.
