Another alleged victim has come forward accusing the principal of Riverhead High School of sexual abuse.

News 12 reported earlier this month that that Dr. Charles Regan allegedly sent sexually explicit pictures to 18-year-old Riverhead High School student Anastasia Stapon.

She claims Regan also forcibly kissed her in his office at the school.

The lawyer for a second alleged victim says his client was sexually assaulted by Regan in the Eastport-South Manor Public School 17 years ago.

Regan was a teacher and coach in the district, and the alleged victim was a 16-year-old student. She says he used alcohol to coax her into having sex with him several times.

The alleged victim plans to sue Eastport-South Manor Public Schools for $20 million.

Regan has been reassigned in Riverhead pending the outcome of an investigation.
