More testimony is expected today on a "no bid" contract that former Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano is accused of giving to his friend.
On Monday, a former county employee testified that Mangano approved a $238,000 no-bid contract for his friend, restaurateur Harendra Singh.
That contract provided food to county workers during Superstorm Sandy.
Singh pleaded guilty to bribing Mangano and is awaiting sentencing.
