Police are searching for two people accused of stealing a tortoise from an exotic reptile shop in West Islip.

Surveillance picture from employees at Repxotica Inc. shows a couple, who they say distracted a worker Saturday afternoon before taking the reptile from the store.

Those with information are asked to call Suffolk Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
