Wounded LI officer comes face-to-face with alleged shooter
NYPD Detective Kevin Brennan came face-to-face with his alleged shooter, Luis Ortiz, in a Brooklyn courtroom today. Police say Brennan was shot in the head while chasing Ortiz in Bushwick on Jan. 31.
