A woman has died after getting hit by an SUV in Brooklyn early Sunday morning.

4h agoA woman has died after getting hit by an SUV in Brooklyn early Sunday morning.
Authorities say the 46-year-old woman was trying to get into the passenger seat of a Jeep when the driver started to drive away, causing her to fall out of the car at St. John's Place and Rochester Avenue.
That's when police say she was hit by a black SUV and died.
Both drivers stayed at the scene, and the one in the Jeep was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
