Snow to the west won’t reach Hudson Valley, few showers possible today

Today's a much better weather day than yesterday, but still not perfect as it will be chilly and breezy this afternoon with a few showers.
News 12 meteorologists say that it will be too warm for snow that has pelted states like Ohio and Pennsylvania to make it the Hudson Valley today.
Instead, it will be mostly cloudy with a few breaks of sun possible as highs this afternoon will be in the 40s. There will be a few scattered rain showers.
Wednesday will see a mix of clouds and sun. It will still be a bit breezy and chilly with highs around 43 and wind chills in upper 30s.
Thursday will be sunny and not as chilly with highs around 49.
There is a chance for afternoon rain showers on Friday, but it will not be a washout. Highs will be around 49.
Saturday is expected to be a mix of clouds and sun with highs around 48. Rain showers are possible Sunday with highs around 47.
