Starting at the end of the day on Saturday, all inmate visits will be suspended until further notice.

Suffolk County is taking new steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in its jails.
Starting at the end of the day on Saturday, all inmate visits will be suspended until further notice.
Attorneys will have to get special permission to meet their clients outside of a booth.
Non-county service providers switched back to remote visitation for their inmate clients yesterday.
