Man accused of touching himself in front of 2 girls in Dyker Heights

Police are searching for a man accused of inappropriately touching himself in front of two young girls.
Investigators tell News 12 it happened on Oct. 3 in two separate incidents, about five minutes apart.
Both happened on 12th Avenue near 72nd Street in Dyker Heights.
Police released a sketch of who they believe is the suspect. They say a man matching the description drove up alongside an 11-year-old girl who was walking to school and called her over. She told police when she got closer she could see that he had his body parts exposed and was inappropriately touching himself and she ran off. A few minutes later, police say he approached another 11-year-old girl and did the same thing.
News 12 is told he was in a black Dodge pick-up truck with a cover.
Investigators say both times he approached these girls he told them he was trying to get directions somewhere.
Neither child was physically hurt.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
