Police: Man accused of stealing second Long Island car

A Queens man is accused of driving a stolen car and then fleeing from police on Saturday night.
Detectives say they pulled over Rayon Gounga, 20, around 10 p.m. on the Southern State Parkway in North Merrick.
Gounga allegedly was driving with the hood of the vehicle up, blocking its windshield.
Police say when they stopped him, Gounga, got out of the car and ran across the Southern State Parkway and into the woods.
While investigating, officials say they discovered that Gounga was driving with a suspended license.
Gounga is already facing an outstanding warrant for stealing another car from Baldwin.
He is due back in a Long Island courtroom this week.
