Fall Fun: DIY Halloween costumes for kids

Using T-shirts, upcycled items and foam board you can create some fun DIY costumes this Halloween.

News 12 Long Island's Elizabeth Hashagen got some tips from Momee Friends of Long Island blogger Anne Caminiti.
