Ridgefield swimmer wins bronze medal at Tokyo Olympics

It’s the first Olympic medal for Kieran Smith, who got his start at the Ridgefield Aquatic Club.

A Connective native won a medal in the pool at the Tokyo Olympics.
Ridgefield resident and Olympic swimmer Kieran Smith won a bronze medal in the 400-meter men’s freestyle.
It’s the first Olympic medal for Smith, who got his start at the Ridgefield Aquatic Club.
He is a 14-time NCAA All American for the University of Florida.
