Pool halls across the state were able to reopen to the public today.
They can be open at 50% capacity and must close by 11 p.m. under the state's curfew.
The owner of "Diamond Jim's Billiards & Pub" in Nanuet told News 12 she already has her doors open.
Back in January, she and more than a dozen other billiards hall owners sued the state to reopen and won the case.
