Police are expected to provide an update today after they say a man was found dead inside of a garage in a residential neighborhood.

Police say they've detained a person of interest in the case and stress there's no threat to the public.

Patrick Lane near Nod Hill Road blocked off since around 11:15 a.m. Tuesday.

Police say a neighbor made the discovery and called 911.

When they got to the scene, they say they found the man in a detached garage on the property.

Police say the man was not breathing and had suffered serious trauma.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police have not released his name at this time.
