United in the vow to serve and protect the public, police officers from across the Hudson Valley caravanned to the 32nd Precinct in Harlem.
They turn out in force in support of two of their own: 22-year-old NYPD Officer Jason Rivera who was killed in the line of duty and 27-year-old NYPD Officer Wilbert Mora, who is hospitalized after being critically wounded while answering a domestic disturbance call on Thursday.
"It’s important to show NYPD that they're family, The north of New York City community cares about what happened and we're headed down to 3-2 to lend our support," says Sgt. James Dress of the Westchester County Police Department.
News 12’s Carol Wilkinson was in Harlem for the somber occasion.
