Although this year’s presidential election may feel a bit different due to the coronavirus pandemic, voting can still be accomplished.
The deadline to register to vote in Connecticut, New Jersey and New York is in October.

HOW TO REGISTER IN CONNECTICUT:
The deadline to register online to vote is Tuesday, Oct. 27.
The deadline for registering by mail to vote is (postmarked by) Tuesday, Oct. 27.
The deadline to register in person to vote is Tuesday, Oct. 27.
The deadline to request a ballot by mail is (received by) Monday, Nov. 2.
HOW TO REGISTER IN NEW JERSEY:
The deadline to register online to vote is Tuesday, Oct. 13.
The deadline for registering by mail to vote is (postmarked by) Tuesday, Oct. 13.
The deadline to register in person to vote is Tuesday, Oct. 13.
The early voting period runs from Saturday, Sept. 19 to Monday, Nov. 2, but dates and hours may vary based on where you live.
