A Poughkeepsie father is desperately searching for his son more than two decades after he disappeared.
It's been 21 years since Anthony Guy Urciuoli Sr. saw his son Tony Jr.
Urciuoli says someone asked his 31-year-old son to go play pool 11 p.m. Jan. 23, and he never came back.
"I still to this day pray and hope he walks through the front door," he says.
Urciuoli says his son ran the family business, then worked at the Dutchess Diner where clients loved him.
Urciuoli says he thinks he knows who did this, and he wishes police would do more.
The Town of Poughkeepsie Police detective handling the case wasn't in the office Thursday, but the department says it's still actively investigating.
Urciuoli hopes a candlelight vigil at the McCann Golf Course Sunday on the 21st anniversary of his son's disappearance will help bring justice.
"If it was your son, your daughter, your father, your mother, what would you do? How would you cope?" he asks.
He says someone knows what happened, and he hopes that someone will finally come forward.
