Officials say senior condos at Oheka Castle are one step closer to becoming a done deal.

An artist rendering was revealed of the proposed housing complex called The Residences at Oheka.

The 190 luxury, senior condos are slated to go up on the castle grounds in West Hills.

According to Newsday, requirements have been met for an important zoning change needed to build the condos.

There is no word on when construction will begin.
