The Yankees returned to the Bronx for their home opener today.

The Bronx Bombers are riding high off a 6 to 4 win in Toronto yesterday with CC Sabathia on the mound.

The team is now 3-3 on the early season. 

A big crowd turned out for Derek Jeter's final home opener.

 

Andy Pettite and Mariano Rivera threw out the first pitch with Jeter and Jorge Posada catching.
