Wet weather is making for a slick, messy Monday commute. 

Drivers are being urged to take it slow, and allow plenty of extra travel time. Salt spreaders have been out coating the roadways. 

Pedestrians should also exercise caution on potentially slippery sidewalks. You'll also want to wear your rain gear. 

The rain is expected to dry up by 6 p.m.
